Firstly, it feels a bit awkward to start writing back in my blog. The excitement of writing blog is no more in my mind. Maybe because of increasing workload which currently still weighting my brain.
Okay stop whining. I just want to share with you what I’ve been through this 2 month without new post. Twitter is a very great tool to meet new people. You can just follow someone, and next things you know you’re sitting on the same table with them. There’s a couple of occasion which I had a great moment with my new friends such as Raya Tweetup. So now I want to introduce some of my virtual friend, which I knew via twitter.
Bat (Mohd Huzairy)
Bat is a very down-to-center-of-the-earth type man. He currently having a practical training at a primary school. He is a kind of man you should expect more than meet the eyes™. I always fascinated by his passion and works in web development. I believe that Bat is going to be someone with the like of Zeldman.
MK (Muhammad Khairul)
Khairul is another great person I met. He currently working at an IT company as programmer but not very happy with his current job. He will do whatever it takes to get traffic to his blog including, dating. He is easy to mingle with anyone especially the opposite sex and you should never underestimate him by his, well ..height.
P/s: I’m doing a favor, no hard feelings =p
Flisterz (Gaddafi Rusli)
I think I should never introduce this guy. Any web designer should know him if they want to succeed (no, don’t take it literally, it’s just a metaphor). He currently having a practical training at Intel, yes.. the one with “Intel Inside” logo sticker on your PCs. I never really engage with him until in a meetup at McDs. He moderate Kreativuse.com.
Ajeylia (Ajmal Eylia)
This is yet another emo-type hair dude. He currently a student at Uniten, Bangi. This quiet person has lots of things hidden behind its back. One of it is an impressive one-man creative agency, Frozr. He is one of my super junior at SMTI and he joined the meetup at McD too.
There’s a lot more of my virtual friends I had but I can’t introduce all of them since I barely know them beside never met in real world. But, here’s are some occasion which I met most of them, particularly at the Raya Tweetup.
Conclusion: Socializing is good for your health. Go and meet new people. It will open many chances, and not to forget, traffic to your blog =P
